• Request payments from lenders for project completion
• Answer customer calls and emails promptly
• Identify and correct data entry errors
• Enter data into spreadsheets and databases

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of administrative/data entry experience
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills

• Experience with A/P month-end tasks
• Familiarity with filing invoices and check stubs
