You'll manage and evolve the production technology environment at a global digital marketing agency. You'll ensure reliability, security, and scalability of cloud services, DAM platforms, and collaboration tools. This hands-on role spans configuration, incident resolution, and vendor management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy and manage production infrastructure for maximum uptime.
• Define and enforce infrastructure standards and incident response procedures.
• Lead capacity planning and scaling decisions to support agency growth.
• Manage cloud environments across Google Drive, Box, and Lucid Link.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of infrastructure management in a media or creative agency.
• Enterprise-level Box administration including security and compliance.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience managing Digital Asset Management platforms (e.g., Projective).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance.
• Familiarity with Meraki firewall management.
• Experience with Wrike or Adobe Creative Cloud integrations.
