Description

You will lead integration test efforts for the Barracuda Family of Systems, working alongside the Chief Engineer to develop and execute test plans, coordinate government range approvals, and oversee integration onto operational aircraft. This role involves high ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and customer interface to accelerate program schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• 4+ years of experience as program manager or engineer on complex technical projects
• Proficiency in leading complex projects from conception to completion
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, managing multiple initiatives
• US DoD Secret clearance or higher (active)
