Description
As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will identify and engage potential nonprofit customers, create demand through strategic outreach, and set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. You'll master Bloomerang's product value, collaborate with the sales team, and consistently meet targets in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience (SDR/BDR/internship) or business experience with strong interest in SaaS
- Passion for helping nonprofits
- Self-starter with ability to adapt without warm leads
- Resilience and persistence in face of rejection
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Master Bloomerang's product value to articulate to decision-makers
- Prospect and engage cold accounts via calls, email, LinkedIn
- Generate a 90-day rolling pipeline of qualified meetings
- Collaborate with Account Executives to convert pipeline to revenue
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce
