💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the development and production platforms that power our new products, enabling reliability and security at scale. You'll own the development of new user-facing generative AI features end-to-end, partnering with researchers, engineers, and designers to bring research capabilities to the world. This is a founding role with expanded ownership and a defining impact on the success of the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build development and production platforms for new products.
• Own end-to-end development of AI features and experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new capabilities.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience in product-driven companies.
• Experience with TypeScript/React on frontend and Python on backend.
• Experience designing and scaling production systems.
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a founder or early-stage engineer.
• Familiarity with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA.

📨 Hiring Process

Initial background/light technical interview (45 mins), live coding challenge (1 hr), final interview: system design + realistic work simulation (1.5-2 hr).
