Description

You will generate new business leads for the DACH region, engage in cold calling, build relationships, and arrange product demonstrations. You'll work with sales targets and collaborate with teams to drive new business for Bloomreach's AI-powered personalization platform.

Requirements

• Previous new business experience, ideally in a similar industry
• Proven track record of bringing new business and driving sales
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, with strong desire to succeed
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft)
• Mother tongue German and fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and follow up on MQLs converting to SQLs
• Cold call potential customers and build relationships
• Identify customer needs and sell products accordingly
• Work with weekly, monthly, quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Arrange meetings and carry out product demonstrations
