💼 About This Role

You will serve as the factory expert for manufacturing processes and NPI builds, driving day-to-day operations with contract manufacturers to ensure top-quality product delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design for manufacturability, define build schedules, and communicate status to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize product manufacturability, cost, supply chain flexibility, and efficiency (DFx)
• Manage NPI builds (pre-proto through PVT) for PCBA and FATP lines
• Monitor performance (yield, throughput) and drive production process improvements
• Develop assembly tooling/automation equipment and optimize capacity lines
• Troubleshoot hardware test, reliability, or quality issues during builds

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years hands-on experience in PCBA/FATP product design and commercialization
• Experience with DFx methodologies and quality methodologies (statistical analysis, DOE, FMEA)
• Program management experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally and domestically
