You'll lead the evolution of Coupang's Kubernetes platform and act as a strategic technical authority. Your work will ensure global reliability, security, and efficiency of container orchestration. You'll mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence across the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable tools for Kubernetes ecosystem
• Drive technical roadmap for container orchestration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify platform requirements
• Optimize Kubernetes infrastructure for efficiency and massive scale

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• 5+ years of professional software development
• Proficiency in C++/Java or Golang
• Expertise in backend development and distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building large scale production systems with Golang
• Experience designing multi-cluster Kubernetes environments
• Ability to solve complex architectural problems
