Description

As an Elementary School Special Education Teacher at Ingenuity Prep, you will deliver targeted instruction aligned to IEP goals through push-in, pull-out, and co-teaching models. You'll design accommodations, monitor progress using data systems, and partner with families and grade-level teams to support student growth in an inclusive, structured environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Special Education major/minor preferred)
• Teacher Certification or enrollment in an alternative certification program
• Experience with reviewing, writing, and implementing IEPs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted, high-impact instruction aligned to IEP goals through push-in, pull-out, small-group instruction, and co-teaching
• Design and implement accommodations and modifications to preserve rigor and access to grade-level standards
• Maintain excellence in IEP development, documentation, timelines, service minutes, and compliance
• Monitor progress toward goals using structured data systems and adjust instruction accordingly
• Partner with grade-level teams, interventionists, and families to ensure coherent support
