You'll manage a portfolio of mid-market customers on Assembled's unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI at scale. You'll drive customer ROI and expansion by consulting with senior stakeholders and ensuring full adoption of the product. This role offers exposure to cross-functional leadership and high ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers to drive business outcomes
  • Project-manage customer initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health and create success plans
  • Drive customer renewals and identify expansion opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in operational or start-up environments
  • Ability to collaborate with C-level executives, support agents, and engineers
  • Track record of driving outcomes in unstructured environments
  • Willingness to travel for onsite customer meetings
