💼 About This Role

You'll lead product strategy and execution for Bloomreach's AI-powered Search and Recommendations apps and agents, owning the end-to-end vision for how shoppers discover products. Your work will directly impact Revenue Per Visitor (RPV) for over 1,400 global brands. This role offers the chance to shape agentic commerce across on-site and off-site channels like ChatGPT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product vision and strategy for Search, Merchandising, and Recommendations
• Drive convergence of Search into a unified, agentic discovery experience
• Manage business KPIs including ARR growth, retention, and competitive win rates
• Lead and scale a high-performing product organization across multiple geographies

📋 Requirements

• Deep product experience in Commerce AI, especially search and recommendations
• Proven ability to drive product strategy and execution at a GM level
• Experience leading product teams and collaborating with Engineering and Data Science

• Experience with conversational AI or LLM-powered products
• Background in e-commerce or retail technology
