Description

You will manage construction projects for semiconductor facilities, overseeing all phases from pre-construction through closeout. You'll serve as the primary liaison between contractors, vendors, clients, and design teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Construction/Project Management experience in semiconductor facility with PSSS scope
• Strong leadership and communication skills in matrixed organizations
• Solid understanding of Risk Management and Project Controls
• High-level understanding of Total Cost of Ownership and lifecycle cost analysis
• Skilled in maintaining schedule discipline in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall project delivery from inception through completion
• Serve as primary interface with owner and Engineer of Record
• Lead subcontractor prequalification, RFP development, and bid review
• Oversee commissioning process and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, and change orders
