πΌ About This Role
You'll lead a strategic customer portfolio for Vixxo, a leader in managed facility services, driving retention, expansion, and customer health. You'll act as a player-coach, directly managing key national accounts while developing a team of account managers.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage 3β5 strategic national accounts as senior point of contact
- Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly QBRs focused on strategic outcomes
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across trades and geographies
- Monitor account performance, proactively identify risks, and drive corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2β3 Customer Success account managers
π Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in customer success or strategic sales in B2B services
- 3 to 5 years directly managing a team of CSMs or account executives
- Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar expansion revenue in a portfolio context
- Experience with multi-site customers in retail, QSR, or similar industries
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS-enabled services or facilities services offerings
- Fluency in Challenger sales methodology
- Working familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platform
