Requirements

• 5+ years software product design experience with design systems
• Experience in complex domains (enterprise, healthcare, fintech)
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Material Design, React, HTML/CSS)
• Deep expertise in UX and interaction design
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating design process and impact

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas from framing to delivery
• Design and evolve the design system components, tokens, and patterns
• Build high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to shape roadmap
• Participate in design critiques to raise team quality
