Description

You will act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they derive maximum value from the OneTrust platform. Collaborate cross-departmentally to drive adoption, retention, and growth, and deliver business reviews to align customer and product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years in customer success, account management, or related role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of privacy, security, or data governance landscape
  • Fluent in Italian

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Act as primary contact to navigate customers through the OneTrust ecosystem
  • Drive adoption and growth through proactive communication and best practice guidance
  • Align customer roadmap with product roadmap and advocate for customer needs internally
  • Deliver business reviews and utilize adoption metrics to identify risk and growth opportunities
