Description
You will act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they derive maximum value from the OneTrust platform. Collaborate cross-departmentally to drive adoption, retention, and growth, and deliver business reviews to align customer and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years in customer success, account management, or related role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of privacy, security, or data governance landscape
- Fluent in Italian
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Act as primary contact to navigate customers through the OneTrust ecosystem
- Drive adoption and growth through proactive communication and best practice guidance
- Align customer roadmap with product roadmap and advocate for customer needs internally
- Deliver business reviews and utilize adoption metrics to identify risk and growth opportunities
