🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, and forklifts.
• Perform earthwork, grading, material movement, trenching, and site prep.
• Align work with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Assist with diverse construction activities when not operating equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience operating construction equipment on job sites.
• Proficiency with skid steers, forklifts, backhoe, excavators, or loaders.
• Ability to understand site plans, cut/fill requirements, and utility layouts.
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
