💼 About This Role

You'll join BAO as an SDR, generating qualified meetings with executive-level buyers at companies like SAP and Amazon. You'll partner with field sales teams to build real pipeline and drive new logo acquisition. Unlike typical SDR roles, you'll work across multiple high-tech clients and benefit from paid, specialized training through the BAO Academy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect into target accounts via high-volume outbound calling
• Engage senior decision-makers and generate interest
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for field sales reps
• Collaborate closely with client sales teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role (internships included) preferred
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
