You'll work side-by-side with Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation tools. Your core impact is transforming workflows that improve day-to-day operations and the customer experience. This role is hands-on with data, processes, and tools to drive real scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain dashboards for KPIs and actionable insights
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
• Build automations using no/low-code and AI tools
• Support team data and AI literacy by sharing best practices

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or business operations
• Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Experience with SQL (selecting, aggregation, filtering, joins) and AI tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Process improvement experience
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Tableau, Zapier, Claude, Gumloop
