💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient studio experience. You'll collaborate with clinical providers and the remote customer service team to manage appointments and promote Peachy's wrinkle treatment services. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a mission to make aesthetic treatments more accessible.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet clients and ensure seamless check-in and check-out
• Support clinical providers to deliver best-in-class studio experience
• Maintain studio appearance, replenish products, clean common areas
• Adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA privacy practices

📋 Requirements

• Customer service, hospitality, high-end retail or wellness experience
• Flexible to work in multiple studio locations within reasonable distance
• Availability for holidays and a minimum of one weekday half shift and one weekend half shift
• 18 years old or older and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
