🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute production schedules across structural assemblies
• Establish and enforce process standards for quality
• Mentor technicians through feedback and performance reviews
• Communicate progress and blockers to upper management

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years aerospace manufacturing leadership at supervisor level
• 3+ years structural assembly including precision drilling and hilok installation
• 3+ years rigging and crane operations as lift director
• Experience with cross-functional teams like engineering and quality
