You'll lead a team of contracts professionals and oversee the full contract lifecycle for commercial and government agreements in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You'll collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and finance to manage risk and drive operational efficiency. This role offers remote flexibility based in Puerto Rico while contributing to high-impact aerospace and defense programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of contracts professionals
• Oversee lifecycle of commercial and U.S. Government contracts
• Serve as escalation point for complex contract matters
• Drive negotiations with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of contracts management experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and U.S. Government contracts
• U.S. citizenship required

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
• Knowledge of export controls (ITAR/EAR) and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-171)
• Experience leading process transformation or digital automation
