💼 About This Role

You'll support the growth and expansion of APAC markets by building and managing affiliate partnerships through social media, streaming platforms, and websites. You'll play a key role in driving high-quality traffic and performance-based channels while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize affiliate programs across the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across APAC markets.
• Build and manage relationships with local-language partners.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize traffic and conversions.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and at least one APAC/Asian language (Malay, Filipino/Tagalog, Cantonese).
• 1-2 years' experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or account management.
• Understanding of APAC markets and local online user behavior.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
