• Support Store Manager in daily operations
• Motivate Sleep Experts to meet sales targets
• Advise customers on sleep comfort products
• Oversee administrative tasks and stock management

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years as Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Associate
• Strong sales skills with customer-oriented approach
• Ability to interpret daily performance data
• Fluent in English and Dutch
