You'll ensure the stability and performance of a critical virtual desktop infrastructure supporting large-scale engineering simulation activities. You'll operate at the intersection of IT operations and high-performance computing, enabling simulation engineers to work efficiently on complex workloads. This role drives operational excellence across Windows and Linux virtual workstations in a global engineering environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure availability and performance of large-scale VDI environment
• Manage IT operations processes (incident, problem, change, configuration)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Windows and Linux environments
• Oversee updates, deployments, and lifecycle management of platform components

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
• Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (VDI, Citrix or equivalent)
• Experience with Active Directory, network storage, firewall rules, and ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident and change management

• Exposure to high-performance computing or simulation environments
• Experience with application deployment and enterprise IT tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
