You'll manage and grow relationships with existing clients, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Red Oak's compliance platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating cross-functionally to align solutions with client needs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts for retention and growth.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of account management in SaaS or fintech.
• Experience in investment wholesaling and enterprise software sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
