  • Own commercial relationships to drive upsell and renewals
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience renewing and expanding SaaS contracts
  • Proven success in SaaS sales for mobile or marketing technology
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM or similar
  • Outstanding presentation skills and organizational abilities

  • Background in email, analytics, or CRM solutions
  • Experience with marketing automation or content marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
