🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design strategy development and implementation for the studio
• Collaborate on annual business and workforce plans with Design Lead
• Build strategic client relationships to drive new business opportunities
• Oversee all studio design projects ensuring quality and client alignment

📋 Requirements

• Degree in architecture or equivalent design discipline
• Proficiency in Revit with workflow integration
• High level of technical knowledge and design expertise
• Experience leading high-performance teams on large projects
