💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver leadership development programs for people managers at MongoDB. You'll build scalable learning experiences that drive culture and performance. This role is part of the Culture, Talent, and Development team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and facilitate live leadership development programs.
• Manage programs for enrollment, accountability, and impact measurement.
• Orchestrate alignment across concurrent projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, delivering, and program managing leadership development programs.
• Proven ability to facilitate leadership development experiences with subject matter expertise in core management skills.
• Expertise in learning program management including needs assessments and impact measurement.
• Experience managing external vendors such as independent contractors and coaches.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience managing learning on an LMS, Docebo preferred.
• Coaching certification from ICF, CPCC, Hogan, or comparable accreditation.
• Proficiency in course authoring software, Articulate Rise preferred.
