You'll design and build high-throughput data replication systems for databases like Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB, owning end-to-end reliability and directly collaborating with customers and internal teams. This role focuses on solving complex distributed systems challenges and shaping product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience building data-intensive software solutions
• Proficient in Go or strong systems programming background willing to ramp up in Go
• Cloud-native experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
• Practical experience with Kubernetes
• Strong problem solver and production debugging skills, clear communication

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-throughput integrations with databases, data lakes, and data warehouses
• Handle edge cases in production scenarios including unconventional setups and large transactions
• Own end-to-end reliability using runtime diagnostics and observability tools
• Write clear documentation and participate in on-call rotation
• Drive product innovation by working directly with customers and influencing roadmaps
