💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians using our proprietary T3 platform to manage work orders and diagnostics. Your core impact is ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at our Austin rental facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using tech platform
• Coordinate and supervise equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company rental equipment
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction field
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
