You'll design and run engagement programs and learning initiatives that strengthen employee culture at a leading insurtech platform. You'll own the company-wide engagement calendar and ensure initiatives are practical and well-executed. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role at a fast-growing company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar.
- Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end.
- Coordinate learning programs across technical and soft skills.
- Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in learning & development or employee engagement.
- Strong execution and coordination skills.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and HR systems.
- Clear communication and facilitation skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms.
- Background in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Certification in L&D or coaching.
