You'll own the company-wide engagement calendar and ensure initiatives are practical and well-executed. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar.
• Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end.
• Coordinate learning programs across technical and soft skills.
• Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in learning & development or employee engagement.
• Strong execution and coordination skills.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and HR systems.
• Clear communication and facilitation skills.

• Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms.
