You'll design and run engagement programs and learning initiatives that strengthen employee culture at a leading insurtech platform. You'll own the company-wide engagement calendar and ensure initiatives are practical and well-executed. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role at a fast-growing company.

  • Own and manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end.
  • Coordinate learning programs across technical and soft skills.
  • Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.

  • Experience in learning & development or employee engagement.
  • Strong execution and coordination skills.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and HR systems.
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills.

  • Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms.
  • Background in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Certification in L&D or coaching.
