Description

You will lead a cross-functional product group responsible for the user experience across PandaDoc's web and mobile applications, including mobile apps, core platform, design system adoption, and critical user flows. Your goal is to create elegant, fast, and reliable experiences for customers and recipients.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management and design experience, with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products
• Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale
• Track record of improving critical flows and IA in complex products
• Well versed in agentic AI, technical enough to build own agents

Responsibilities

• Lead product group spanning Mobile (iOS/Android), Core Platform (internal tooling, billing, admin, roles/permissions, navigation), Design Framework Adoption, and Critical Flows UX
• Own experience layer: how customers and recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate across web, mobile, and chat/AI
• Ensure UI kit, design system, and visual language are adopted consistently across teams
• Lead teams in polishing top user journeys (create, send, sign, pay) and improving information architecture
• Inspire, mentor, and drive alignment across multiple product areas
