Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex Kubernetes and cloud issues for customers, owning issues from intake to resolution, and contributing to knowledge bases. You'll also mentor junior team members and participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
  • Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and distributed containerized environments
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience supporting customers in SaaS or cloud-native environment
  • Excellent English; other languages an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert, delivering deep technical guidance and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with clear communication
  • Own customer issues from intake to resolution, minimizing downtime
  • Document knowledge, create guides, and outline best practices
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in on-call rotation
