You'll own the technical win for Mid-Market and Enterprise deals, running discovery and demos that connect product capability to business value. You'll partner with Sales and Product to shape solutions and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Run discovery and translate business problems into tailored solutions
  • Deliver outcome-driven demos that communicate clear business value
  • Handle technical objections on integration, scalability, and implementation
  • Partner with Product and PMM to align on releases and share field feedback

  • 2+ years of experience as a Solutions / Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and SaaS workflows
  • Commercially minded with ability to connect technical work to revenue impact
  • Highly hands-on with the product and comfortable leading live conversations

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise sales cycles
  • Background in eCommerce or post-purchase software
  • Familiarity with Shopify or TikTok Shop integrations
