You'll own the technical win for Mid-Market and Enterprise deals, running discovery and demos that connect product capability to business value. You'll partner with Sales and Product to shape solutions and accelerate deal cycles.
π― What You'll Do
- Run discovery and translate business problems into tailored solutions
- Deliver outcome-driven demos that communicate clear business value
- Handle technical objections on integration, scalability, and implementation
- Partner with Product and PMM to align on releases and share field feedback
π Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Solutions / Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and SaaS workflows
- Commercially minded with ability to connect technical work to revenue impact
- Highly hands-on with the product and comfortable leading live conversations

- Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise sales cycles
- Background in eCommerce or post-purchase software
- Familiarity with Shopify or TikTok Shop integrations
