💼 About This Role

You'll manage high-level accounting operations for real estate portfolios and lead transition meetings between deal teams and accounting. This role offers an opportunity to improve accounting processes and ensure SOX compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and analyze budgets and prepare periodic reports
• Update and maintain investor records for entire portfolio
• Prepare and review capital activity for capital calls and distributions
• Lead transition meetings between deal teams and accounting

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years accounting experience
• CPA obtained or in progress with end date within 1 year
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Public accounting experience from Big 4 or similar
• Investment accounting experience
• Experience with MRI, NetSuite, or similar accounting system
