💼 About This Role
You'll join Astronomer's Productivity team to help the revenue organization sell with confidence and impact. You'll act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales, creating compelling content and training. This role offers the chance to drive sales enablement programs and Messaging frameworks in a high-growth environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deliver enablement programs across the sales cycle.
- Create and maintain sales content like pitch decks and battlecards.
- Partner cross-functionally to turn product updates into field content.
- Own rollout and reinforcement of sales methodology frameworks.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience in sales enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
- Enough technical fluency for data infrastructure concepts.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience enabling teams selling data or analytics products.
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow.
- Experience with enablement platforms like MindTickle or Seismic.
