💼 About This Role

You'll own the design vision for the Foundations pillar of Coupa's supplier network, building seamless onboarding and cross-product experiences. Your work helps consolidate fragmented supplier journeys into a cohesive, AI-powered portal that serves as the single source of truth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end design strategy for supplier onboarding, identity, and navigation.
• Lead design of foundational cross-product experiences for suppliers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders on roadmaps and tradeoffs.
• Produce high-quality flows, prototypes, and service experience maps.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity in foundational workflows like onboarding or identity.
• Systems thinking with understanding of data, identity, and workflows across ecosystems.
• Expert-level Figma skills and experience with design systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-enabled platform experiences.
• Experience with global supplier or marketplace products.
• Background in procurement or spend management.
