💼 About This Role

You'll own the product roadmap for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem. Your work will directly impact consumer access to healthcare by improving digital enrollment platforms and streamlining user experiences. This role offers the chance to influence healthcare policy through technology in a remote, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features for EDE capabilities.
• Act as liaison between development teams and business/program stakeholders.
• Translate healthcare policy and regulatory requirements into user stories.
• Track post-launch metrics and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership.
• At least 5 years in healthcare insurance or regulated government programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• Proven experience supporting federal or state government IT programs.

• Familiarity with APIs and data exchange standards.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlogs.
