You'll own full-cycle hiring strategies for software teams within the Air Dominance and Strike division. Your core impact will be shaping long-term talent strategy and ensuring we recruit top-tier software talent. This role operates hybrid onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using automation and data extraction.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
- Act as subject matter expert using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
- Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to drive a data-driven narrative.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
