You'll own full-cycle hiring strategies for software teams within the Air Dominance and Strike division. Your core impact will be shaping long-term talent strategy and ensuring we recruit top-tier software talent. This role operates hybrid onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using automation and data extraction.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
  • Act as subject matter expert using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
  • Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to drive a data-driven narrative.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
