🎯 What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Post-Operations team throughout customer journey
• Own the technical implementation process and manage project milestones
• Identify and mitigate project risks such as scope creep and stakeholder engagement
• Create repeatable playbooks from live cases with best practices

📋 Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience in payments or fintech
• Passion for scoping implementations with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills to reassure and lead stakeholders

• Experience with open source projects
• Familiarity with financial backend modules or ledger systems
