You'll drive insights and strategy for our JAPAC sales region as a cross-functional leader. You'll lead strategic planning, territory design, and process improvements to enable growth. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and business-critical problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pull weekly and quarterly reporting for business reviews.
• Develop and operationalize the sales plan for JAPAC region.
• Drive planning and implementation of new territories.
• Identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency
• Native or fluent Japanese language skills
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in Tokyo
