You'll lead warehouse operations for a fast-growing ethnic e-grocer, overseeing inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality control. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality control
• Optimize performance metrics and workflows to support rapid scaling
• Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates
• Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain, or 10+ years equivalent experience
• 5+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience in high-volume environments
• 2+ years managing large, multi-layered teams
• Experience with WMS systems, productivity metrics, and quality audits

• Food and beverage industry experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
