You'll design and maintain microservices for in-app notifications on the Notification Center Team, supporting millions of NordVPN users. Your contributions will ensure scalable and stable delivery of notifications across multiple products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and help shape the team's long-term vision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop improvements to microservices handling high request volumes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration across products.
• Mentor colleagues and promote development best practices.
• Contribute to team vision and long-range goals.

📋 Requirements

• Go or PHP backend experience with willingness to learn the other.
• Strong system design knowledge and pattern selection.
• Experience with REST, MQTT, K8s, MySQL, Redis, Kafka.
• Experience with microservice architecture and Docker/Kubernetes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with VerneMQ, Helm, ArgoCD.
• Passion for building well-documented, secure APIs.
