🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day production execution across contract manufacturers
• Coordinate production plans for launches, expansions, and global markets
• Partner with cross-functional teams on inventory flow and supply continuity
• Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve production risks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production planning or supply chain experience in consumer products
• Experience with global launches and international distribution
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate timelines
• Strong cross-functional coordination and risk management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty or wellness industry
• Knowledge of COGS and landed cost analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
