💼 About This Role

You'll join Snowflake's Traffic & Networking team in Dublin to build highly reliable systems handling DNS, TLS, load balancing, and traffic routing. You'll drive reliability, security, and performance improvements at the edge layer, supporting global scale multi-cloud infrastructure and ensuring every incoming request flows smoothly. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex platform engineering challenges in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, lead or own significant projects impacting the team and beyond.
• Contribute to design and operation of highly reliable, secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Develop software to grow fleet of services and deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure service uptime.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years industry experience designing and supporting large scale systems.
• Experience with C++, Java, Go, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience automating operations at scale.
