You'll be a critical member of Databricks' Corporate Development Ventures team, driving end-to-end transactions from sourcing through evaluation and execution. Your work will directly shape the company's M&A and investment strategy in enterprise software and data infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify high-impact M&A and investment opportunities with leadership
• Conduct strategic evaluations and build business case memos
• Lead cross-functional due diligence across the transaction lifecycle
• Drive post-close integration planning with the M&A Integration team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of work experience in investment banking, corporate development, or related fields
• Strong communication and writing abilities with rigorous analytical skills
• Strong judgment and cross-functional leadership
