💼 About This Role

You'll provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support for the Executive Office for US Attorneys, working with senior management and legal staff. You'll solve technical issues and maintain IT systems in a government-contracting environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support for end users
  • Install and troubleshoot software and hardware
  • Manage user accounts and mailboxes
  • Support conference rooms with AV and online meeting tools

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year of help desk or support experience
  • Experience with Adobe Connect or similar online meeting tools
  • Proficiency in backup/restoration and file server support
  • Ability to create procedural documentation and ITIL-based ticket logs

✨ Nice to Have

  • ITIL Foundations certification
  • Change management experience
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above
