💼 About This Role
You'll provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support for the Executive Office for US Attorneys, working with senior management and legal staff. You'll solve technical issues and maintain IT systems in a government-contracting environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support for end users
- Install and troubleshoot software and hardware
- Manage user accounts and mailboxes
- Support conference rooms with AV and online meeting tools
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year of help desk or support experience
- Experience with Adobe Connect or similar online meeting tools
- Proficiency in backup/restoration and file server support
- Ability to create procedural documentation and ITIL-based ticket logs
✨ Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundations certification
- Change management experience
- Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above
