💼 About This Role
You'll lead our Workday ecosystem as a strategic architect and hands-on leader. You'll bridge technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our HRIS roadmap scales seamlessly with company growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of HRIS professionals.
- Act as liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.
- Drive continuous improvement of Workday HCM suite.
- Architect dashboards and advanced analytics for workforce insights.
📋 Requirements
- 8–10+ years of HRIS/HR Systems experience.
- 5+ years of deep Workday configuration experience in HCM, LMS, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Talent/Performance, and integrations.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Expert-level communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
