💼 About This Role

You'll provide onsite technical services for Mission Critical Cooling Systems, handling installation, startup, and maintenance. You'll ensure customer equipment reliability through fault isolation and repairs. This role offers hands-on work with electro-mechanical systems at a global tech solutions company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and commission mission critical cooling systems
• Perform remedial and preventative maintenance services
• Fault isolate electro-mechanical systems and identify parts
• Maintain service records and contribute to knowledge articles

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of field service or technical support experience
• Experience with electromechanical equipment, servos, sensors, actuators
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree in IT Hardware-related discipline
• Experience with 200-440V equipment
• Leadership experience
