🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of customer material orders from intake to delivery.
• Process, validate, and track purchase orders and shipments.
• Serve as primary contact for order inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams across regions.

📋 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for global team collaboration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ISP infrastructure, edge deployments, or hyperscale customers.
• Familiarity with ERP and order management systems (Jira, Sage/X3, Odoo).
• Knowledge of compliance requirements like export controls or customs processes.
